My name is Ivy-lyn Sia and I am 25 years old. I reside in Magnolia with my beautiful five year old daughter. In addition to being a full time mom, I'm a Realtor and property manager at Welcome Home Realty, as well as CEO of Sia Realtor, Inc. I coach at Ignite Fitness Kickboxing and model with Model Management Agency when I'm not helping clients with their real estate needs.
I've been a Delaware resident since I moved here from the Philippines at the age of 7. Ever since then, I've been heavily involved in the community through volunteering. I've worked with numerous organizations such as the American Cancer Society, Interfaith Homeless Shelter, Delaware Adolescent Program, Inc., Medical-Surgical Nurses of America, and many more. I was born with ventricular septal defect and for this reason, I commit to volunteering every year for the American Heart Association and have been doing so for the last 6 years. In the last 2 years, I have been honored to chair their fashion show for Go Red For Women. I thank my pageant experience and past state titles for allowing me to be so involved with such amazing groups. I hope to continue building relationships through my career and through my passion for volunteering. I am forever grateful for all of the opportunities that they present!
I was born in Dover, Delaware. I am the youngest of seven; four brothers and two sisters.
I am the founder of Dreams of Hope, a non-profit Dance Organization. I am a track and field coach at Caesar Rodney High school and, attend Calvary Assembly of God, and volunteer in their Christmas and Easter production that’s performed every Christmas and Easter.
My goal is to move to New York and pursue my dreams in Dancing, and try to become a professional dancer. One day, I would love to open my own dance studio for all ages, especially for kids and teenagers. I would do anything to help them stay out of trouble and help them reach their goals and pursue their dreams.
I joined Dancing with Delaware Stars because not only do I get the opportunity to dance, but I also get the opportunity to help raise and donate money for a good cause. I love helping the community and giving back. To help raise money for single parents who are trying to better themselves makes me happy, and it’s a great feeling. Dancing with Delaware Stars is not only hard work, but it’s a lot of fun.
